It's A Little Too Late Tutorial

Open up all the materials and place them in the right places. Font to fonts, gradient to gradients,
images to psp file and so on. This tutorial was written for PSP 9.

1. Open a transparent image 640 x 480.

2. Go into your material properties and bring up the materials palette.

3. Foreground color #b7e6ec or choose your own

4. Background color #000000 or choose your own

6. Flood fill your transparent image with your background color.

7. Layers - New Raster Layer

8. Flood fill new layer with your foreground color.

9. Layers - Load/Save Mask from disk - load its 73a mask - check fit to canvas, source luminance
and hide all mask.

10. Layers - Merge group

11. Layers - New Raster Layer

12. Foreground color - #000000

13. Background color - #b7e6ec

14. Materials palette - Make a gradient - Settings - Style - Linear - Angle - 45, Repeats - 0,

15. Flood fill new layer with gradient - Layers palette - Opacity - 60, Blend Mode - Soft Light.

16. Layers - Merge all flatten

17. Effects - Adjust Variations - click on original pick and then click on darken.

18. Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Default Settings

19. Effects - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - Default Settings

20. Open image 1 - patry - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 100
Move into the center and up. Blend Mode - Soft Light.

21. Open image 2 - sbg - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 30
Move into the center and up into the moon. Blend Mode - Luminance (Legacy)

22. Open image 3 - patry - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 100
Move to the upper left side. Blend Mode - Soft Light

23. Open image 4 - patry - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 76
Move to the upper left side. Blend Mode - Luminance (Legacy)

24.Layers palette - Move image 4 (woman) under image 3 (text)

25. Open image 5 - patry - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 90
Move to the center just between the wolves and the woman. Blend Mode - Luminance (Legacy)

26. Open image 6 - susan - its a little too late - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer. Opacity - 100
Move to the upper right corner. Blend Mode - Luminance (Legacy)

27. Layers - Merge all flat

28. Layers - New Raster layer

29. Effects - Alien Skin Xenofex - Little Fluffy Clouds - Settings - Puff Size - 278.58, Coverage - 30,
Base Color - #b7e6ec, Edge Color - #000000, Cloud Mode - wispy, Random Seed - 1, camera & sky -
check perspective, View Elevation - 4, Field of view - 45, Cloud Height - 30, check draw sky background,
Zenith color - #b7e6ec, Horizon color - #000000, Haze- 55, Sky Gradient - 56

30. Layer Palette - Cloud layer - Blend Mode - Soft - Light. - Opacity - 60

31. Effects - Penta - Jeans - Settings - Amount - 62, Border Width - 4 - Repeat

32. Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Default Settings

33. Layers - Merge all flat

34. Layers - New raster Layer

35. Flood fill with color #000000

36. Layer palette - Blend Mode - Dodge.

37. Layers - merge All Flat

38. Effects - Xero - Mistifier - Settings - Haziness - 130, Strength - 130, Red Mist - 255,
Green Mist - 255 - Blue Mist - 255

39. Effects - Mura's Seamless - Shadow - Settings - Offset X - 132, Offset Y - 132, Color R - 0,
Color G - 0, Color B - 0, Effects - 255. Repeat.

40. Image - Add Border - 5 pixels. Flood - fill with sbg gold pattern - its a little too late.
Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black -
Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen - Repeat - Selections - Select None.

41. Image - Add Border - 40 pixels. Magic wand - select border - Materials Palette - Pattern - select ww border
pattern - its a little too late. Flood Fill with sbg border pattern.

42. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

43. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - -1, Horizontal - -1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

44. Effects - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - Default Settings

45. Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Default Settings

46. Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30

47. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

48. Effects - Filters Unlimited - Color Filters - Color Booster - Settings - Boost Factor - 50

49. Effects - Adjust Variations - click on original pick and then click on darken.

50. Effects - 3D Effects Inner Bevel - Settings - Smoothness - 1, Depth - 8, Ambience - 0,
Shininess - 4, Width - 4, Angle - 315, Intensity - 50, Elevation - 30, Color - White, Bevel - Round
Selections - Select None.

51. Image - Add Border - 5 pixels. Flood - fill with sbg gold pattern - its a little too late.
Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black -
Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen - Repeat - Selections - Select None.

52. Open image 7 - patry corner - its a little too late. Edit - copy - paste as new layer. Move into left
upper corner.

53. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen - you may skip this step if you prefer.

54. Effects - Simple filter - Top Left Mirror, merge - all.

55. Layers - Merge - merge all flat

56.To add your name go to font - P22 Imperial Script - size 20 - stroke 1 - anti-alias - smooth. Use the color
or pattern or gradient of your choice. Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - settings: vertical 1 - horizontal 1 -
opacity 100 - blur 1 - color black. Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Monochrome checked.
You can also use the text tool and add your own text. I used P22 Imperial Script font but you can use
whatever font you prefer.

57. Position your name in the bottom right area where you would like to have it. Adjust - Sharpness -
Sharpen.

58. Layers - merge all flat

59. Save your work. You're all done.
