My Wish For You Tutorial

Open up all the materials and place them in the right places. Font to fonts, gradient to gradients,
images to psp file and so on. This tutorial was written for PSP 9.

1. Open a transparent image 640 x 480.

2. Go into your material properties and bring up the materials palette.

3. in your pattern palette bring up ww sbg pattern 144 - my wish for you and flood fill your
transparent image.

4. Effects - DBX Flux - Linear Transmission - Settings - Slice Size - 8, Offset - 15, Blend - 50,
Direction - Vertical

5. Effects - Crescent Moon - Stripe Tile - Settings - Adjuster # 1- 100, Adjuster # 2 - 90,
Transparency - 10.

6. Layers - Duplicate Layer x 2

7. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

8. Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Settings - Default

9. Open Image 1 - sbg - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 100 - Blend Mode - Normal.

10. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

11. Effects - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - Settings - Default

12. Layers - merge all flatten

13. Windows - Duplicate - minimize original.

14. Image - Resize - Pixel Dimensions - 740 x 555 pixels - resize all layers checked.

15 Save and minimize.

16 Open original background (640x480 pixels).

17. Open image 2 - suzi - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 100 - Move to the center of the background towards the left side.

18. Open image 3 - suzi - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 100 - Move to the left side of the background.

19. Adjust - Softness - Soft Focus - Settings - Softness - 50, Edge Importance - 50, Amount - 50,
Halo Size - 50, Halo Visibility - 0 - Repeat

20. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

21. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - -1, Horizontal - -1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

22. Layers - New Raster Layer

23. Flood fill with color #1f555c. Blend Mode - Soft Light - Opacity - 50.

24. Open image 4 - sbg - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 100 - Move to the right upper side of the background. Opacity - 50

25. Adjust - Softness - Soft Focus - Settings - Softness - 50, Edge Importance - 50, Amount - 50,
Halo Size - 50, Halo Visibility - 0 - Repeat

26. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

27. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - -1, Horizontal - -1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

28. Layers - New Raster Layer

29. Flood fill with color #1f555c. Blend Mode - Soft Light - Opacity - 50.

30. Open image 5 - suzi - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 60 - Move to the right side of the background.

31. Layers Palette - Move image 5 under image 4 (the man) in layers palette.

32. Open image 6 - suzi - my wish for you - Edit - copy and paste as a new layer.
Opacity - 100 - Move to the right bottom corner of the background.

33. Layers Palette - Move image 6 under image 5 (the cloth) in layers palette.

34. Layers - Duplicate layer

35. Image - Flip - Image - Mirror

36. Layers Palette - Move copy of image 6 under image 3 (the woman) in layers palette.

37. Layers - New Raster Layer

38. Flood fill with color #1f555c. Blend Mode - Soft Light - Opacity - 50.

39. Layers - Merge All Flat

40. Effects - Mura's Seamless - Shadow - Settings - Offset X - 132, Offset Y - 132, Color R - 0,
Color G - 0, Color B - 0, Effects - 255. - Repeat

41. Effects - Filters Unlimited - Color Filters - Color Temperature - Settings - Cold/Warm - 128

42. Effects - Xero - Mistifier - Settings - Haziness - 130, Strength - 130, Red Mist - 255,
Green Mist - 255 - Blue Mist - 255.

43. Save and minimize 640 x 480 background.

44. Open saved 740 x 555 pixels background.

45. Layers - New Raster Layer

46. Flood fill with color #1f555c. Blend Mode - Soft Light - Opacity - 50.

47. Layers - Merge All Flat

48. Open saved 640 x 480 background and Edit - copy and paste as a new layer on the
saved 740 x 555 pixels background.

49. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

50. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - -1, Horizontal - -1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black

53. Open image 7 - suzi - my wish for you. Edit - copy - paste as new layer.
Move into left upper corner.

54. Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black
Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

55. Layers - Duplicate Layer

56. Image - Flip - Image - Mirror

57. Layers - Merge All Flat

58. Text Tool - Cynthia Script ES - Size 36 - Stroke 0. Type My wish and position it.
Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black
Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

59. Text Tool - Cynthia Script ES - Size 36 - Stroke 0. Type for you and position it.
Effects - Drop Shadow - Settings - Vertical - 1, Horizontal - 1, Opacity - 100, Blur - 1, Color - Black
Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

60.To add your name go to font - Cynthia Script ES - size 22 - stroke 0 - anti-alias - smooth. Use the color
or pattern or gradient of your choice. Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - settings: vertical 1 - horizontal 1 -
opacity 100 - blur 1 - color black. Adjust - Add Noise - Gaussian - 30 - Monochrome checked.
You can also use the text tool and add your own text. I used Cynthia Script ES font but you can use
whatever font you prefer. Color - ww sbg crystal pattern - my wish for you.

61. Position your name in the bottom right area where you would like to have it.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

62. Layers - duplicate

63. Layers - Merge all flat

64. Adjust - Photo Fix - Digital Camera Noise Removal - Settings - Small - 50, Medium - 50, Large - 50,
check link detail sizes box, Correction Blend - 70, Sharpening - 2.

65. Save your work. You're all done.
