Terms Of Use

I ask that you respect these few simple terms of use.

 

Anyone who would like to use my work must email me for permission in writing. I often

use the images of other artists who have their own terms of use which must also be respected.

Credit must be given to the original artist with a link and/or banner to the artist's site. Credit

for my work must also be given with a link back to this site; http://www.sabrinabuckgraphics.com

This helps me keep track of how many people are using my work and if you provide a link back

to your own site will allow me to add it to my links page.

 

I do take requests but please understand I get hundreds of emails a day and it may take a little

bit of time for me to get to your request. I do try to answer all of my email and ask you to have

a bit of patience. I also have an adult section and if you are offended by adult material please do

not visit the adult gallery.  I do try to keep it within the bounds of  tasteful art so please do not

email me to tell me I have pornographic material on my site.

 

Please do not link to specific images on my site. You may save the images you want to your own

hard drive or server or simply download the zips of the sets. Linking directly to my images steals

my bandwidth and is very expensive.

 

Please do not remove copyrights. Do not alter my images except for proportional resizing and

only proportional resizing. Do not mix and match my sets. You do not have to use all of the

pieces included or in the order I have used them. If you would like the html code for a

particular set please email me with the name of the set and a request for the html code. I do

not routinely add it to the stationary sets.

 

You may not profit from my work. You may not put my work on CD's or in any other type

of media or collections. You may not claim my work as your own. Unless otherwise stated all

of my work is free and I do not profit from it. I do have a section of custom work and work

that is for sale but that is covered in a TOU specifically for custom work. I spend a great deal

of time, energy, and effort in the work I create and I ask that you respect that.

 

Music on this site is embedded into the page and not available for download. The

copyrights remain with the respective artists. The music for each set has been chosen

carefully and at times can take as long to pick the music as to create the set.

 

Some of the images I use are tubes from other talented artists and their names and web

addresses or groups have been credited. Some images are pubic domain and require no

credit or link. Other tubes or images are by wonderful artists who allow their work to be

used and require credit and a link. Some of the photographs used are my own and

copyrighted to me.
